Design Purchases - Terms & Conditions

YOU MAY:
Use the PNG files on finished items such as, tumblers, libbey glasses, t-shirts, hats, etc.
Change the color of a single-color PNG file to another single color.
Resize files to fit your finished product.
Pair Loverboy Creative files together to create tumbler wrap files for finished items only.
Add a name to a tumbler wrap file for finished products only.

YOU MAY NOT:
Add a pattern overlay to any PNG files.
Order custom screen prints through an unapproved vendor.
Incorporate seamless files into another digital design to sell.
Resell Loverboy Creative files or any part of them.
Post mockups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of Loverboy Creative.
A proper watermark includes a "do not copy" notice covering at least 50% of the digital design.
Share PNG files with anyone or any other business.
Post files in dump groups.
Post files to your Facebook group without a watermark.
Post unwatermarked photos on any platform or private messages.
Order custom prints through an unlicensed vendor.
Share drive purchases with any other business owner.
Sell printed transfers, stickers, vinyl, fabric, UV DTF, decals, or waterslide without purchasing the design agreement. 
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
You may not use one design for multiple businesses.

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
Due to the nature of these digital products, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. If you find any issues with your file, please email us so we can assist you.
For any questions or inquiries about changing part of a file, please contact our customer service via our business page or email support@bossbabetransfers.com
You are responsible for proofreading your files to ensure there are no typos. Loverboy Creative reserves the right to remove all access to digital files and digital drives if any terms and conditions are violated.
No refunds will be given.
Any vendor or customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of Loverboy Creative will have all purchased design agreements revoked, IP addresses blocked, and memberships to any of our social media groups revoked without notice or refund. Customers are responsible for being fully aware of our terms and conditions before making any purchases.
If you choose to send one of our PNG files to an overseas distributor, you must purchase our design agreement to do so. For example, sending one of our seamless files overseas for production on blankets requires holding an agreement.
